Safe, homely spaces
Secure, welcoming homes that prioritise dignity, privacy and independence while feeling truly ‘lived in’.
Life Skills Supporting Accommodation provides semi-independent homes for young people aged 16–17 in self-contained flats and small shared houses across local communities. We help them build the confidence and everyday life skills needed for safe, independent living.
Our homes are close to schools, colleges, transport and local amenities, and our approach blends safety, dignity and clear expectations with personalised support and positive, restorative choice-making.
Our purpose is to offer a nurturing, secure and genuinely homely environment where respect, privacy, independence and non-discrimination are lived values. We empower young people to make positive choices and shape their own futures.

Life Skills Supporting Accommodation have experienced Support Workers who have worked with young people from various local authorities in the Midlands for over ten years. We have a specialist teacher working with young people with special educational needs and a specialist Nurse working with the elderly with orthopaedic fractures. As such, young people benefit from staff experience.
The owners have accommodated over 300 young people and now use that experience to support those moving into supported living. Our manager is Level 5 qualified with years in young people’s homes; over 80% of our staff are NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
Our team has worked across young people’s homes, prisons, schools, hospitals and probation services. We can support young people with learning difficulties, emotional and behavioural needs, mental health issues, drug and alcohol problems, disabilities, and more. All staff are DBS-checked.
